Almost a year ago to the day, BAS were the first installers in the UK to fit an Elap ‘Ghost’ system.
The Elap Ghost is an innovative and revolutionary accelerating system mounted directly under the steering wheel. This solution has over 60 years’ experience and allows the user to accelerate by simply performing a natural rotary movement whilst keeping both hands on the steering wheel. The unique design renders the device unobtrusive to the point that it is almost invisible and it has been through severe testing resulting in UN-EC approval.
Just this week BAS fitted a ‘Ghost’ system into a Nissan Quashqai and the product continues to be incredibly popular amongst disabled drivers.
