Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you for all aspects of your customer service re the purchase and fitting of my Autochair 80kg Smartflifter LC and my brilliant home fitting by Tom on 24th July. From start to finish I cannot fault any aspect of BAS NW.
I’d just like to say thank you to the engineer who came out to my place of work yesterday. He came to fix my dual pedals that had become loose. He was very polite, efficient and quick in identifying the problem. He explained what he had done in good detail. Thank you for acting so quickly, it was much appreciated.
I thought I would send you an email to say I have just been out for the first time since you fitted the Under Ring Accelerator for me. I have to say, I am so pleased with it! I am still not perfect at it, but the facility of the acceleration stopping when you brake is fantastic. Thank you for your help.

“Just a short note to commend your technician Mark. He arrived right on time. Once here he listened carefully and set about foxing our problem. His procedure was very professional. He inspected every possible problem, took care to evaluate the problem, before attempting a fix. This was so thorough an investigation of every point of contact, including stripping back insulation to find breaks or crimps. I was inspired to trust him, even though I know electrical problems can be evasive. After he completed the fix he walked me through it all, leaving me confident our hand control would do its duty until the new unit he ordered could be installed. After having some minor problems with my husband’s mobility scooter hoist, I contacted BAS to ask if somebody could come out to look at same. There was no problem with this, the lovely lady I spoke to was only too willing to book us in for an early appointment to sort things out, very professional and kind. On the 19th June we had a visit from Tom, who straight away sorted everything out for us.
He was excellent! He explained everything he was going to do, not only to myself, but to my disabled husband, who he spoke to over the mobile. We were treated with respect and dignity at all times. What a polite young man he is! Thank you Tom, you are a credit to the company.
We would like to thank you for the incredible response to our telephone call. We had a problem with access to our vehicle from the wheelchair. We call your office and they said they would call their engineer who was in our area. About half an hour later we had a call from Tom your engineer about the problem. Tom arrived about half an hour later. He solved the problem and he was very understanding and polite. The response we have had from your office and engineers has been first class and we cannot fault the care and the repairs we have received from your staff.
I just wanted to express my appreciation of one of your team so thought I would drop you a quick email. Tom came to fit a hoist for me last Friday into a Sportage for customer Mrs Parker and he has done a fantastic job. The customers are coming to collect today and are so excited because now they have the hoist they can go on walks with the dogs which was their favourite thing to do and weren’t able to do this anymore as the scooter was too heavy to lift into the car. I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and I look forward to us working together again in the future.

I am delighted to express my sincere thanks to your engineer, Tom, who fitted push pull hand controls and a new hoist to my new Peugeot at Guy Perry Barrow in Furness last Thursday. I am delighted with the extreme effort that he put into fitting the hoist as there was a problem with the shape of the base, I think, which he sorted out for me. As a result of the problem the job was more difficult but was soon sorted out.
Everything works really well which makes life so much easier for me as my disability gets a lot worse. Please express my most sincere thanks to Tom and thank you for the amazing service that you offer. Thank you.
Just wanted to drop a quick email to say thanks to BAS for your prompt response yesterday.
Having discovered yesterday that our hoist was not working with our chair we were thrown into panic….going away today and knowing that David needed the chair the day after we got back.
Your offer to send an engineer immediately to our home was hugely appreciated. He was able to sort it for us in no time at all!

Hi Carl, lovely to meet you and all your wonderful staff. Paul is a treasure as I’m sure you know. You both made what could have been a very difficult and stressful time into a non difficult time. It was very relaxing sitting in the reception.
I’m really pleased with the seat etc. and presumably you will let Stuart know all the details and he will then let me know the full cost I have to pay. But as far as I’m concerned it is money well spent.
Paul said that sometimes an adjustment can be made to car doors so that they open wider is that possible on the B max and if so how much extra do you think it will cost me.
Anyway once again thank you so much for making today great we really appreciated it please pass on my thanks to Paul for all the care and attention he gave us both.

As a disabled driver, I searched long and hard for a company to supply and fit a Power Tailgate to my new Motability Car. After doing plenty of internet research and contacting several companies in the area, I found BAS in Warrington.
The staff at BAS are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They truly care about every part of the service they offer. I agrred for them to fit a Power Tailgate to my new Nissan Qashqai. The service was exceptional. They picked up my car from the dealer, fitted the system and returned the car to the dealer for me to collect.
The system that was fitted is very smart, is silent in operation and is 100% safe. It can be operated from the dashboard, boot handle or hands free from the cars own remote. The cost was half the price of other systems fitted.
I highly recommend BAS to care for all your disabled adaptations.
