First-Class Customer Service
I just wanted to let you know about some first class customer service I have received from Carl Birkin at BAS in Warrington.
Due to a deterioration of my health, I started looking for a different car with adaptations. My mind has been in a whirl but Carl has been so patient, advising me and giving guidance and helpful videos which I could look at online.
At a very difficult time for me it’s so good that there are people like Carl who give hope that I can get back out there.
