PRICES & VAT
All prices displayed are in £’s sterling and exclude VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out on our website are correct at the time of going to print. On the rare occasion where pricing errors are found on the website, we will do our best to correct them at the earliest opportunity. All products are subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using debit and credit cards (via Worldpay).
GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection if proven that the goods are defective.
POSTAGE
All goods will be dispatched within 2 working days & should be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch…. subject to item in stock
AVAILABILITY
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 24 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Should you wish to return the goods to us for any reason, you must contact us first so we can deal with your request. No refunds will be carried out until, reason for return has been established and goods are received back to us in original condition and packaging. All products purchased from this website must be returned with 7 days of purchase should they not meet your requirements. This will enable us to deal with your return promptly.
Products Purchased Online/By Mail Order:
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to BAS (NW) before you return the product(s). Goods returned without notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our team will arrange for a collection of faulty goods through our carrier. All other goods must be returned at the senders’ expense.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this website are correct at the time of publication, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we’ll do our very best to update the website accordingly at the earliest convenience. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
